We were freed from the burden of our past sins by the redemption of Christ. We need to enjoy freedom from our daily sin in the same way. Learn how to apply the Lord’s precious blood to your daily life, so that you can enjoy freedom from guilt and boldness in His presence.
The Lord lived on the earth about two thousand years ago, accomplished a perfect redemption, and resurrected and ascended to the heavens, from which He will one day return. However, we must not be forlorn at not having Him physically with us in our daily walk as they did 2 thousand years ago. Today He is the “Spirit of reality” to be our “another Comforter” in our daily walk.
Is it possible to enjoy God and only God? Can He really meet our every need for enjoyment and pleasure? The bible categorizes all of man’s present needs into three items. Come and see what the bible has to say about each one.
The Apostle Paul mentioned in Ephesians 3:8 that he announced to all the “unsearchable riches of Christ as the gospel.” What are these riches? How can we enjoy them?
We are not alone in our Christian walk, and neither was the Christian walk meant to be. The bible describes the believers as “individually members one of another.” A Christian inherently needs other believers.
Not the shepherding of us, but the shepherding of others. The Lord commissioned all His believers to shepherd others in His last speaking to Peter in John 21:16, “…Simon, son of John, do you love Me? He said to Him, Yes, Lord, You know that I love You. He said to him, Shepherd My sheep.” In John 15 He connected our caring for others to His joy being in us and that joy being made full.
Not the shepherding of us, but the shepherding of When the Lord returns He will speak to some, “Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful over a few things; I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your master.” Come and see how this reward is tied to our learning to enjoy the Lord today!
