We are Christians who love the Lord Jesus Christ, love the Bible, and love to gather together to strengthen our walk in the Lord. The Church is a critical part of a Christian’s walk in the Lord. But, with so many backgrounds how do Christians come together to worship and enjoy the Lord without becoming divided?
The crucial items of our faith are common to all believers. It is the basis that allows us to come together and worship the Lord. When we add to these items we are in danger of becoming divisive, and when we take away we are in danger of apostasy from the pure faith.
What We Believe
- The Bible is the complete divine revelation inspired word-by-word by God. (2 Tim. 3:16)
- God is uniquely one, yet triune: The Father, Son, and Spirit. (1 Tim. 2:5, Matt. 28:19)
- God was incarnated to be a man, Jesus Christ. (John 1:1, 14)
- Christ died on the cross for our sins, shredding His blood for our redemption. (1 Cor. 15:3)
- Christ resurrected from among the dead on the third day. (1 Cor. 15:4)
- Christ ascended to the right hand of God to be the Lord of all. (Acts 1:9)
- When any person repents to God and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ, he is regenerated and becomes a member of the Body of Christ. (Acts 20:21)
- Christ is coming again a second time. (1 Thes. 2:19)
